How to get out of a sticky situation

High fructose corn syrup is a highly concentrated sweetener and can add unexpected calories to your daily diet. High fructose corn syrup is found in many foods we commonly eat including fruit drinks, condiments and other processed foods. If you want to avoid this glue-like substance attaching itself to your waistline, check out the ingredients on food labels before you contaminate your body. If it contains high fructose corn syrup, try some alternatives. The natural food section or stores like Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Sprouts, or Wild Oats are good places to find these “syrup” free foods.
