Medicine Ball Torso Rotation

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Medicine Ball
STARTING POSITION
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Hold ball out in front of your body with elbows slightly bent.
PROCEDURE
- Rotate your torso to one side and then back to center.
- Repeat with the other side.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.
COACHING KEYS
- Focus on using the abdominals not the arms to move the ball.
- Move slowly from side to side.
