BOSU Push Up-One Foot on Ball

BOSU
STARTING POSITION
Push Up Position with one foot on top of the BOSU
PROCEDURE
- Place hands shoulder width apart.
- Lower your body downward making sure to keep your body parallel with the floor
- Return to the starting position.
- Switch your foot.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions and then switch to the other foot.
COACHING KEYS
- Keep your body parallel with the floor.
- Focus on using the chest, triceps and shoulders when performing the movement.
- Keep the abdominals tight.
