Three Step Hurdle Drill

Mini Hurdles
STARTING POSITION
Standing to side of hurdles
PROCEDURE
- Load your hip on the outside leg (the one furthest from the hurdle).
- Squat down and leap over the hurdles one foot at a time in a repetitive fashion.
- Repeat in the other direction.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.
COACHING KEYS
- Place hurdles about 2-3 feet apart.
- Start moving slowly and increase speed as you get comfortable with the exercise.

In your thighs, hips and total body.
