Torso Rotation with Resistance Band
DIFFICULTY LEVEL:

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Resistance Band
STARTING POSITION
Standing with both hands grabbing resistance band handle.
PROCEDURE
- Secure the resistance band and grab the handle(s) with both hands.
- Fully extend the arms and rotate to the torso to the opposing side of the body.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Slowly return the arm to the starting position.
- Repeat with the other side.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.
COACHING KEYS
- Keep the arms full extended.
- Initiate the movement with the torso not the arms.
- Keep the abdominals tight or flexed./li>
