Hand Walk to Push Up

STARTING POSITION
Push Up Position/p>
PROCEDURE
- Bend over at waist and walk hands out into a pushup position.
- Keeping knees straight, walk feet towards hands.
- When stretch is felt, walk hands back out and perform a push-up.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.
COACHING KEYS
- Keep legs straight.
- Walk hands out overhead farther to make it more challenging.
- Keep abs tight.
- Perform a half push up if you can't perform a full one.
